shung, welcome register with our forum, wish you will enjoy your time with us.

For the rear wheel kit as we must control its drop out to fit 135MM bike rear forks, for using 9 speeds sprockets it seems only one choice, that is SHIMANO 9 speeds sprocket as its thickness is same as that of 7 speeds sprockets.

For installing the 9 speeds SHIMANO sprocket the motor hub shall be "piug" type for the sprocket, as SHIMANO only offers plug type 9 speeds sprocket.

The bad news is there is none motor on the market with plug type hub cover, including our motor. You have to wait for that, to install 9 speeds sprocket.

I'd really like to fit a 9-speed freewheel, not because I need 9 speeds, but to avoid having to replace shifters/chain/etc... Apparently Long Yih makes a 9-speed freewheel with screw-on fitting (as opposed to the shimano cassette style) Here's a link to its description: http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewto ... 07&start=3
I have not been able to find a source for it yet. Would you be able to get this ?
