Here's a good look at the way I had to triangulate the rear rack to support the batteries. Topeak makes the best rack for this.

Also I upgraded the gears to a 8 speed rear with a single 48 tooth front ring. This allows me to assist up to 28-30 mph. It also eliminates the front deraileur without the chain falling off. Uses an Origin 8 single speed crank and Rocket rings.

This is the trailer I am going to use for the pusher trailer project. So far I'm happy with the handling. Feels like nothing is behind you. It'll be good for light to moderate loads. The Fusin battery just happened to fit perfectly in the back.
